January is the new April for Houston's Real Estate Market!

2019 single family home sales rose 4.8%  over the previous year and December exploded with the largest single month  jump over 2018 with a 14% increase in the number of homes sold! Don’t be late to the Spring Market--   Real estate trends are already showing 2020 to be wildly successful!
