The link below will take you to an article discussing the recent flooding that happened in the Memorial area April 27-28. In a hearing Monday, May 18, before two committees of the Houston City Council, city leaders said they would bring together government agencies that manage the county’s storm drainage system for meetings with 20-plus neighborhoods where flooding occurred, some for the first time ever.
