THE WOODLANDS, Texas- The Woodlands Development Company, a division of The Howard Hughes Corporation, recently hosted its annual event Realtors and Builders Awards Gala, an event that recognizes the exemplary work of real estate firms, realtors and builders during 2013. The event took place on March 28th starting at 6:30 where winners enjoyed drinks, dinner and entertainment.

Tamborrel Properties, a real estate firm based in The Woodlands,  was once more recognized as the Real Estate Office of the Year-Independent Brokerage. A part of Tamborrel Properties’ agents were awarded during the ceremony as well. Ahiri and Daniel Merlo won the Real Estate Team of the Year and an award for their many closings during 2013 (27 closings), also becoming member of the Producer's Club at a Platinum Level. Tomas Larroude, also a real estate agent from Tamborrel, with 5 closing, entered the Producer's Club at a Silver Level. 

Luis Tamborrel, owner and founder of Tamborrel Properties won the award for the Real Estate Agent of the Year and was also recognized for his 20 closings during the last year and become a Producer's Club member at a Platinum Level.
