Sometimes we want a yard and we think we can only have one if we buy a house but that is not true. Now  homes can be leased from realtors and actually the lease property market shows to have a good growth in February.  What you would pay to be in an apartment you could possibly pay to be in a home with a yard and more space and privacy.
