Home inventory is on the upswing again in the close-in neighborhoods. More houses are being listed which offers buyers more choices. At the same time, we are watching well-priced listings sell in a timely manner (less than three weeks) which is great news for our homeowners. One example is my listing at 4122 University Boulevard in West University, well priced at $824,500 at $235.57/square foot.
