Timely place properties for pending

September 13th, 2015


Are you haveing trouble with agents not posting their properties in OP/Pending status?  I keep calling on this one property for my buyer and the agent says it is under contract.  Has been 2 weeks.  Buyer calls his office and they want to go show it to him????
