A couple of months ago I wrote a blog post about getting an error trying to use Zipform (Zipform Online) with the new Mountain Lion Operating system. While the adjustment of the Java preferences fixed the problem, it reappeared when I updated to Java 7. In addition to the long load time, I also experienced the "esign" tab to send to DocuSign was disabled along with the error of having text in text filled areas of the contract forms disappear when clicked on. To fix this, Ziplogix / Zipform Technical Support suggested reverting back to Java 6 until the problem had been resolved. After a friendly visit to my local Genius Bar, the problem was fixed and Java 6 was reinstalled and Zipform is working properly.
