Living Trees

February 8th, 2013

I am attending the Winter Realtor Conference.  Paul Johnson with the Texas A & M Forest

Division was so informative.  Did you know:

Trees can add value to your home.  Check out:  http: //treebenefits.com

Your trees need to breathe!  Keep the oxyen supply available by not mulching too heavily.

Do not top the trees!  Cutting the crown of a tree stunts the growth of the tree.

In drought like conditions, keep watering the tree, but water from the drip line inward.

Try to plant trees with allowing for a 20 feet space around so the root system can grow
out for a healthy tree.

Love your home, Love your trees, Love your Landscape!
