"Add a # to keywords (without punctuation or spaces) to categorize or label tweets with hashtags. Those tweets will appear in Twitter searches for that term, and clicking the hashtag links to other tweets that include it. Avoid using general terms such as #Texas or #realestate. Instead, if you're tweeting about something relevant to your market, try #yourcity or #theneighborhood.  Get started by searching Twitter for keywords to see what hashtags are popular in your community. "
