Fear of Investment

February 26th, 2021

After meeting with lots of potential buyers I could not stop myself to write about their common questions about investment fear and how I can take that out from them. I agree that real estate has a tendency to scare many away from a great investment opportunity, with financial fears taking control of beginners' decisions to even start the process. I agree there are pros and cons to any investment, bigger investment has bigger risk but the bigger rate of return and the smaller investment have a smaller risk and a smaller rate of return, however, if you consider the overall investment it can always be well worth and in these kinds for fares is where the services and experience of profession realtor come who know how to research a property including all the history and baggage that comes with it. These skills can save you serious cash (not to mention time and effort) in the long haul.
As a realtor, it is my job to educate you so you can overcome the fear of investing in real estate and begin earning that cash flow you deserve!
The following are my answers to the common fear questions that come into first-time investor mind along with my answers and why you should reconsider your decision and overcome the fear of real estate investing.

What if??
This is the first fear that typically takes control of new investor decisions, making it harder to get a hold of that cash flow. Of course, the thought of dealing with bad tenants, coping with negative cash flow, or buying at the wrong time are all great concerns, but it is time to overcome these negative thoughts and begin investing like a professional. There will be always challenges along the way, just like any other business opportunity.

Am I buying at the wrong time?

If you have the money to afford this opportunity without putting a financial strain on you or your family, then there is no better time to invest than right now! What else is a better way to secure your financial future than having the opportunity right there in your own hands?

What is the perfect time to Buy Real Estate?
I learned from a remarkably successful investor that the First best time is when nobody buying of course the second-best time was to buy Yesterday and the third-best time is today because real estate keeps getting expensive as you can see in my previous blogs.

I have No Experience.
With the advancement in technology the internet is booming with help Plus chose the realtor with who you feel comfortable and confident. An honest realtor will take their client's hard-earned money very seriously.

Am I Choosing the Right property?
Put yourself in tenant shoes, as an old real estate saying “Location, Location, Location” means a tolerable commute, an easily accessible downtown area with restaurants and shopping, access to good schools, and more is always the best property.

Horror stories from friends
For every nine investors who have had success investing, there is one who has an ugly story. Unfortunately, it seems to be easier to recall the one negative voice over the nine positive ones. Keep in mind that there is a huge number of reasons why people are not always successful.

Finally, all I can say, with the help of a professional realtor in researching the hidden market, handling and negotiating your transactions, submitting your offers, draw up your contracts, and keep the deal moving forward while you manage your investments in the background should make you overcome the fear of real estate investing and then I can confidently tell you that you can see your cash flow will be endless.
