Despite a withering national economy, Katy Texas, fueled by the oil companies and new medical jobs continues to thrive.  Chesterfield, a small neighborhood that features custom homes build in the 80’s continues to thrive as well.

Real estate values have increased 5% vs. 2009 and more importantly more homes have already sold than last year.  The days on the market have increased slightly due to a few dated homes being on the market, but inventory still moves in an average of only 71 days.
