Now that the election is over, it's time to relax.
Right.
Before the election, folks were really looking at homes and trying to figure out what home they really wanted but with no offers.
And, I didn't see a lot of offers during this period but I really expected to see more offers come in after the election.
Sure enough, now I'm not talking about a lot of offers, and some of the offers are really low.  However, folks are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Maybe, it's because we are in Houston and have enjoyed better economic prospects in all categories.
No one really seems to be shy when it comes to making low offers especially me.  Afterall, there is no harm done when you start low and work your way up to some price everyone can agree on.
I know sellers have their bottom line and they don't really feel like giving away their home either.  The good news is that sellers don't have to give away their home.  With the Houston market as strong as it is, we have a lot to look forward to now and in the future.
So don't be shy, if you see a deal ... jump on it.
With rates so low they are practically giving you money free of charge.
