It seems that Houston is all a buzz right now as real estate sales are on track to be one of the best since
2007 & 2008 when we hit an all time high.
This is terrific news for sellers and buyers alike.
With this much activity we are seeing multiple offers
and appraisals that point in the direction towards higher home prices.
We are seriously running out of inventory and the homes I showed to my clients last week have contracts on them this week.  This makes it a challenge for us buyer agents with what is left to look at and/or modifying our search criteria.  Either way most folks are extremely happy with the good news that we have turned the corner with real estate here in Houston.
