As I move one more step forward in opening my own Brokerage.  I reflect on what my life was like when I did not own a home of my own.  How renting someones else's home was the only option I felt I had.  The Goal Of Pride St. Realty is to make if clear to everyone that they can own a home of their own.   That is not hard.  The the monies needed to cover the down payment and closing cost can be obtained from other sources that from your own pocket.  I's a matter of hooking up with the right Brokerage that will show you how. 

The increase in personal wealth that comes from owning your own home is the best part of being a home owner.  The way your credit score increases.  The way your bank account grows once you make the decision to do it.  

When I bought my home I was waiting tables.  I never imagined that I would be opening up my own brokerage.   And, only 6 years after I made the leap into home ownership.  I didn't have a big credit score.  640 to be exact.  I had $6000.00 in the bank.  And, that was all I needed.  Now I see my life as being so much richer and so much more stable that I did when I was a renter.
