There are 56 properties currently on the market, 50 in Timbergrove and 6 in Lazybrook.  In July, 22 new listings came on the market and 27 sellers have reduced their price.

Home Prices

The median home price in Timbergrove over the past 12-months is $291,375 up 4% from the same period last year.  Lazybrook’s continued its strong price appreciation.  Home prices in Lazybrook rose 16% during that period to $313,500.
