19 homes sold in Timbergrove and Lazybrook in the month of August, 14 Timbergrove and 5 Lazybrook.  This is way up from last August, which only had 8  sales in Timbergrove/Lazybrook.

There are 47 properties currently on the market, 42 in Timbergrove and 5 in Lazybrook.  In August, 18 new listings came on the market and 21 sellers have reduced their price.

Home Prices

The median home price in Timbergrove over the past 12-months is $291,312 up 8% from the same period last year.  Home prices in Lazybrook grew as well.  Rising 6% over the last 12 months to $303,900.
