Homes Sold

54 homes sold in the month of August, 24 detached single family homes and 30 townhome/condo.   Total sales were up 69% from the same period last August.  This increase was driven by both detached homes and townhome/condo sales, which rose 71% and 67% respectively.

Active Listings

There are 296 properties currently on the market, 112 detached homes and 184 townhomes/condos.  In August, 46 new listings came on the market and 63 sellers reduced their price.

Home Prices

The median home price in the Medical Center over the past 12 months is $329,000, up 22% from the same period last year.   The median sales price for detached homes rose 14% to $605,000.  Townhome/condo prices rose 8% to $182,250.
