54 homes sold in Montrose/Neartown in the month of August, 18 detached homes and 36 townhomes/condos.  This is up 42% from last August, which saw 38 total sales.

Active Listings

There are 327 properties currently on the market, 140 detached homes and 187 townhomes/condos.  In August, 74 new listing came on the market and only 94 sellers have reduced their price.

Home Prices

Median home prices for August were up 4% from the same period last year to $336,000.  Median home prices for detached home were unchanged from last year at $410,000 and townhomes/condos rose 3% to $296,500.
