According to Ellie Mae’s latest Origination Insight Report, the average FICO® Score on all closed loans decreased for the first time to 722 since May 2017. 

This brings great apportunity to buyers now days as lenders may be more inclined now to extend credits to people who does not have a super high credit score, for whatever reason and therefore may not had access to the housing market before!
