• O'Connell College Preparatory School

O'Connell College Preparatory School (formerly O'Connell Consolidated High School) is a 4-year coeducational parochial/private high school in Galveston, Texas, United States that offers university-preparatory programs. Founded in 1884, Ball High School is committed to developing and nurturing a learning environment of which the parents and community members of Galveston can be proud. Ball High School employs approximately 130 teachers and approximately 100 other staff members. The school currently has about 2,000 students with a student-to-teacher ratio of 15 students to 1 teacher. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® coursework and exams.
