Number 9 on the list of 10 Hottest Communities in the Houston Area (Q3-2023) is none other than the Rice/Museum District.  Last year at this time the area was ranked #24.  The real estate market has definitely picked up in this area.  We've seen a 25% change in the number of transactions from last year at this time.  The average number of days on the market for a listing is 30.  The average list price is $1,114,885.
