Bell and Ford Lake has water front property located in Greenrich Shores and water view property in Sterling Island. The water view homes in Sterling Island come with a waterfront strip, giving these home owners water access just across the street from their home.
* Check the tax legal description as well as the title insurance to make sure that the waterfront strip transfers with the home that you are buying!! Most do... but there are a few that do not!
