www.cmadashboard.com contains three core technologies that can potentially cut hours off your preparation time for a listing appointment. Besides all the market analysis and pricing, one of the key tools is the Seller Forecast. We have just made this page fully editable. If for example you receive an offer that features a seller contribution, you can add the seller contribution amount into the Seller Forecast, and quickly send the update to your client via email.
