Grace Point Homes in Montgomery to be developed next month

Posted by Tomas Larroude
HOUSTON, Texas- The strong and big demand for single family homes in close proximity to the new ExxonMobil Campus is the main cause that a tract of land will break ground for a new home community developed by Gracepoint Homes.

The construction of Gracepoint Homes in Montgomery will begin on April with its first phase, The Forest. The Forest will be a 156-acre community west of I-45 North and South of  FM 1488. This first phase will showcase about 136 homes ranging from the $600,000 to the millions. Over the next years, the additional development will bring the total of new homes to 350. The property is currently used as farm land and is bordered by the W.G. Jones State Forest.

It has been mentioned that the community will include lakes, trails and parks with playgrounds. Keep updated by following our blogs to keep updated about the new Gracepoint Homes in Montgomery.
