A new neighborhood is coming to Fulshear

Last week, DHK Development, held a meeting at Victor's Mexican restaurant to talk about the new community development project coming to Fulshear.  The plan to break ground this fall.  This new community will include retail/commercial and residential.  Residential homes will range from 1 acre to 1/2 lots.  The retail space will be located at the corner of FM 1093 and Bois D'arc.  The residential portion will be located behind the commercial and continue south on Bois D'arc.  The whole project is approximately 250 acres.  DHK is committed to preserving the natural landscape and addressing drainage issues.  The development will include vineyards and hiking/biking trails.  Tentative name is currently Fulshear Run.  Please give me a call if you have questions...I am happy to relay all that I learned.  It was very informative meeting.
