Grand Central Park &  Bluejack National will Change our Landscape

Look out Lake Conroe, change is coming...But most of us already knew that! Two big developments, Grand Central Park and Bluejack National,  are underway and will change are area significantly.

Grand Central Park-- Although I am sad to see Camp Strake go, this new development promises much excitement.  Located off 336 South and I-45, this 2,000+ acre development is scheduled to open late 2016. It will have over 500 homes plus an Urban high density living area that will be unique in the Lake Conroe area. But it doesn't stop there... the  commercial aspect is what makes this so exciting! With over 117 acres dedicated to a '336 Market', plus a 'Town Center' and 'Business Center' the impact to the surrounding area will be notable. The amount of commercial anticipation in this project promises to make this one significant.

Bluejack National-- Bluejack National is the first Tiger Woods golf community and it's headed our way! Located off of FM 1486, south of SH 105, the 755 acre golf development boosts of an 18 hole golf course and country club, and almost 400 home sites. Other amenities include a bowling alley, theater, sports room, basket ball court, tennis court, flag football field, skate park, and an all American burger joint. Opening is scheduled for this year.

If you or someone you know would like a private tour of either community, please call today!
