well, here hosting an open house.......raining....probably no visitors.
Dont let the weather discourage you from coming out. Visiting a neighborhood and a potential new home during a rain storm is a great time.
Is there street flooding?
Does the yard have draining issues?
Does the yard puddle?
Does the roof leak?
You can have an answer to all of these questions and even more if you visit homes during the rain. it can possibly save you some money too.
