Pearland Community Will Meet With Police Officers

Pearland – Officers from the Pearland Police Department will be at Associated Credit Union of Texas to meet with members of the community. Officers will be available to answer questions, discuss important topics, or hear concerns. In light of recent events, communication between the community and the Pearland Police Department is essential.

“The law enforcement community has recently come under fire due to the actions of a small number of officers. While it would be easy to paint all law enforcement officers with the same brush, Pearland citizens have instead come out to support its police department. In the quiet yet profound way that exemplifies 'Pearland Proud,' citizens have shown us their support by bringing us sandwiches, cupcakes and other baked goods, and sending us their prayers. For these actions of generosity and love, the Pearland Police Department would like to extend its gratitude. We are Pearland Proud,” explain officials at the Pearland Police Department.
