A new beginning

Today marks the beginning of a new effort for me...Blogging!  I hope that you find some of the things I write about a little funny, useful, and worth taking a moment to read.  Today I am talking about open houses.  I love them!  They are a fabulous way to invite more people to view your home and hopefully increase interest in your property.  Today I am holding open a gorgeous home in Hunters Creek Village close to the intersection of Voss and I-10.  This home sits on corner lots and just wows people driving down Beinhorn.  (address is 14 sleepy oaks circle).  The upgrades are everywhere and the space is incredibly abundant.  It would really take some effort to fill this home with its over 6000 sq ft and 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, pool, amazing office, gameroom, card parlor, formal living and dining rooms, and outdoor kitchen and living space around the pool.  My question of the day for those of you reading this...if you had your choice would you want paint and floors to be refinished and ready before you buy and pay a little more or would you want to pick those things yourself and have the lower sales price?
