Is that online estate real?

So just when you find that great house that have virtually fallen in love with, or when you decide that you might consider selling your own home....you run across that online estimate from the most popular website that tell you that the house is worth a specific dollar amount. That is great...except is that number real. Texas Association of Realtors has just come out this flyer to help explain what some of the pitfalls of those estimates might be on the major website. It is quite a great read.
