As the premier real estate agency in The Woodlands, we know one thing for sure: You will NEVER be bored living in The Woodlands!

NATURE, PARKS, & POOLS IN THE WOODLANDS

With The Woodland’s beautiful weather, there are parks, playground and pools aplenty to take advantage of. It is always great to get the family involved--bring a ball or Frisbee to burn off some energy! Many of these areas have great paths to take a hike, walk or even ride on your bike. You can take a kayak out on Lake Woodland from Riva Row Boat House. If a kayak isn’t your speed, there are many more fun water activities as the temperatures remain consistently warm! You can also head to the village splash pads, ideal for little ones, as well as SplashTown and the Rob Fleming Aquatic Center.

INDOOR ACTIVITIES IN THE WOODLANDS

As far as indoor activities go in The Woodlands, there is always the popular dinner and a movie! ESPECIALLY in The Woodlands. There are tons of fabulous places to eat including the highly rated Schilleci's New Orleans Kitchen with two Cinemark theatres within a quarter of a mile of each other to choose from. For the kids, try out The Woodlands Children’s Museum which is full of interactive exhibits. If you’re moving to the area, Kidville is raved about from parents and children for their variety of classes—from science experiments to dance classes to day camps. It’s also easy to get the whole family involved indoors when you have action-packed places like Pump It Up and Shankz Black Light Miniature Golf nearby.

ENTERTAINMENT IN THE WOODLANDS

Did we mention the entertainment is like no other in The Woodlands? Events are always going on and can vary upon the season. For example, the Inspire Film Festival which celebrates the human spirit, the recurring Waterway Nights which features live music and performers in Waterway Square, several chili cook offs, and the Annual Music Festival at the Hindu Temple of The Woodlands that celebrates the South Indian saint and Carnatic composer, Thyagaraja. The Woodlands is also a hub for international flavor and celebration. Expatriates relocate to the city year-round due to its robust cultural flare.

MOVE TO THE WOODLANDS

No matter your interests or the time of year, there are great things to enjoy and do all over The Woodlands. Move to a neighborhood where you can find something (or many things!) that you and your family can relish together—maybe you will even discover a new interest or talent!
