One way that I protect you as a homeowner when you list your home with me is during inspections. If an agent does not have a supra key to get in the house and their inspector does not have one as well, I want to know if they are a licensed inspector.  It is a huge red flag if the agent doesn't want to give this information. I am not going to open the door to allow this person into your home. An inspector turns on everything in your house, runs your water, flushes your toilets, climbs in the attic, runs the A/C and heat and checks your electrical system as well as many other things. If they are not licensed, they can do a lot of damage and you as a homeowner would have no recourse.  Having me as your listing agent ensures that I protect you by not allowing some random person into your home to inspect it. That’s why you should always hire a professional to sell your home.  Protect your investment! - Linda Day
