SECTION 8

After most people get a voucher for section 8 they go try to find a home or apartment that fit the voucher amount.

They should ask more questions from the section 8 people who issued the voucher. When they contact me first they must go through the process of broker services and a contract as well. Once that is done I'll find out more about my renter or buyer.

I will let them know what things the landlords  or property owners will be looking for the subject property. I must admit it's not easy,but it can be done. Sometimes I must deal with landlords and property owners direct. For some reason Anthony Taylor Realty have been working with lots of section 8 renters. When they call me the first thing they ask me do I work with section 8 people. I always say I work with all people, it's the truth. I can try my best to handle everyone on the 100% level. I think the section 8 program should have classes for landlords and property owners to take before they can be apart of the program.
