This is not so much a blog but a request: There is a need for homes in the 77354 zip code. If you are considering a move this year, it is not too late! People are trying to find housing and there is not enough for the demand, plain and simple. 

If you are considering a move or even just an upgrade to new construction, which is being built at a fairly quick rate, consider selling now and leasing back! Consider selling and renting for a year while a new home is being built for you.
