The third floor has a rooftop balcony with unbelievable views of the city,  a built-in buffet with illuminated base, and a glass-walled room (currently being used as a bar/lounge). Also on the third floor is a glass-walled exercise room with mirrored walls and full bath. Imagine running on your treadmill at tree-top level!
