Wow!!! It has been awhile since I held an open house on a Sunday, 2pm to 4pm and had over 30 couples come and tour. Four couples waiting at 10 min till 2pm to come in. Home was in Houston Heights and all the traffic was great, all potential buyers...no lookers! Guess buyers have decided prices in Houston are starting to rise, low mortgage rates still available and need to buy before inflation kicksin. Great to see all these folks and have the opportunity to visit with them.
