Obviously I am very hot on this area!  This home is in small gated community off Post Oak Timber. It is a grand home in the Willie Carl-Lucian Hood style.  Sweeping central stairway, large rooms, high ceilings, lots of detailed woodwork, and elegant courtyards.  This home has the added benefit of an elevator.

Corner townhouse well located on a central court at 4874 Post Oak Timber off S.Post Oak, just south of Woodway.  Fantastice location.  This one needs updating but has incredible room sizes, molding and light, plus a master either up or down and a large outdoor patio.
It really is one that requires vision, but with paint, new floors and carpet, hardware, countertops and appliances this would be a fantastic home for alot less money than the new construction in the area.  And only two floors with the rare master down!  The living room and dining room are both tremendous. This is a great opportunity.
