Francois! Having been under both types, the only real difference I experienced personally besides the name and brand recognition, was a lack of true care under a larger umbrella versus a much more personal, caring feel under a smaller/locally owned brokerage. Super thrilled with my current brokerage, CB&A, Realtors! They provide more than any other brokerage I've ever been with, and at a fraction of the cost. Feel free to reach out with any other questions or to discuss anything! codysellsproperty@gmail.com 346-412-6603

Brokerage Offices vary in what they offer to their agents. Register Real Estate Advisors is a brokerage that offers one-on-one coaching and mentoring provided by the Broker Owners to their agents. Both Brokers are real estate instructors, and their training courses provide their agents CE credit hours via their in-house Professional Development Provider. In addition to providing professional development with CE credit hours, NAR designations and NAR certifications, RREA has a full time media production company for their agents' photography, video, and drone media needs. RREA is a cloud based brokerage, but also have 4 office locations available to all their agents: in Katy, The Woodlands, Conroe, and Spring. Contact the owner of the RREA Katy Office for a confidential consultation about your career in real estate and to learn more about the technology platforms and other tools Register Real Estate Advisors provides for their agents. text 2818446285 or email Veronica@RREA.com I wish you much success!

They all fill a need depending on what you need. The larger national brands offer extensive training and, in my opinion, give you some legitimacy when you're new to the field. The fees are usually quite a bit higher, but you'll need more guidance when you're first starting. If you've been in the field awhile you'll need to weigh the pros and cons yourself. There are great small niche brokers and there are larger national brands with great local brokers. Talk to agents and not just management when you interview a broker.

Choice of brokerage, I've noticed over the years, has to do with what you want and who you are. I would be delighted to enter into a full discussion about it all, but not here. Feel free to text me your info and I will call you back. 7134651183 or email re@jlindsey.net
