Where can I find an all-bills-paid condo/apartment in Houston?
6,214I know of the 2016 Main downtown, 150 Gessner, and The Oaks of Woodlake. What other condo/apartments feature all-bills-paid?
Addtional Details:
- All-bills-paid -- meaning Electricity, water, drainage, cable, etc. is included in the monthly rental rate. - Feb 16, 2017

Generally the older complexes will have that configuration. I currently manage a unit in Westchase built in 1968 that does not have individual meters. Generally the monthly condo fees will be very high if utilities are included.

It depends on the infrastructure of the Apartment. Usually the all-bills-paid is because the apartment complex does not have separate metering of each apartment.
