Are there any property owners/management companies that work with broken leases?

I am currently renting a home with a property management company that has failed to repair leaking pipes. This issue has been going on for two years and now there is mold in the home and water in the walls. Now there is an issue with the main water line being blocked because of tree roots. I've had trained specialists come to the home and tell the company this directly. They are still trying to get around fixing the issue.
