Shea homes offer a wonderful product line but trying to gauge them with other builders in that area where Shea is building

The quality of Shea is very good. Builders in The Woodlands have to follow strict guidelines, so you will find more less the same quality of build but maybe differences in the selection of what's included versus an upgrade. Homes in Creekside Park average $140/sq ft but there are homes in the luxury end that go for over $190K. Obviously it is important to understand what your expectations are, and your personal preferences.
As a Realtor I have helped buyers get great deals from builders, that they would not have gotten on their own.
It is important to remember that to a builder you are a customer, to a realtor you are our client.
