Dear Maithili, Being a Realtor you have access to Zipforms. Use that one as it allows you to ust write in the information once, and also manage electronic signatures. Check out the great courses on HAR.

If you are trying to fill out real estate forms that are either promulgated by TREC or written by an attorney for TAR, HAR or yourself, you can use either the HAR Transaction Desk or Zipforms which are both part of your association membership. The Transaction Desk is preferable because it is free on all platforms to HAR Realtors. If you are trying to fill out third party forms and do not wish to use the above recommended programs, you can use the Adobe smart phone or tablet application of Adobe Fill & Sign. In any case, when you have a form that is created by anyone but yourself, most likely the form is protected from being changed except in the designated boxes unless you have the creator's password. TREC does not allow promulgated forms to be changed unless you have an attorney making the changes or the principals in the transaction.
