Do you mean is there any way to find a floorplan and builder of resale homes?? You cannot find that information once community is close out . Some resale homes have builder and floor plans in property description if seller provides information. Most of the builders floor plans are on their websites.

I would recommend using google search and checking on builder's website. Are you looking at using a plan and customizing to build your own?
There are also many plan designers who will sit with you, understand your needs and come up with your dream house plans. I don't think they are expensive.

Good afternoon!
It seems like you are interested in specific builders and floor plans for resale homes rather than new construction. Is this correct?
While there is a place to input "Builder" in a MLS listing, I would not recommend having your Realtor search only by Builder for resales as it will risk incorrectly filtering properties (if a Realtor input the incorrect Builder) or missing properties all together that left that category blank in the listing.
I would suggest discussing what you are looking for in a home (including specific Builder and floor plan) and your Realtor can advise on the homes in the area in which you are looking.

Selecting a home builder is the most important decision in home buying process. I think, NAHB(National Association of Home Builders ) is a great platform to find an expert builder in a specific location.

To my knowledge there isn't a way to search for specific builders & floor plans on this site. Hot on Homes is a great alternative website that feature builders by community and you can see the floor plans available.

GHBA is a good place to start, although I am not clear on what your goal is by finding builders and floor plans for space other than new construction. Even a gut rehab is going to have a basic existing floor plan. I suggest you look at architects for non-new construction floor plans, as the builder is going to build what is designed.
