My team is expanding and I am looking to recruit serious agents and 1 or 2 assistants. I have had mixed results in my hiring in the past and was disappointed by the work ethics of some recruits, I was wondering if other brokers and agents have been finding good methods / places to recruit quality assistants (could be part time) and realtors.
