918I heard that the "Home Buyer and Seller Generational Trends" report prepared by National Association of Realtor (NAR) is a useful tool for realtors and clients. The report collects updated trend data (house types, sizes, locations, reasons for moving, etc.) by age groups.

As a Houston Association of Realtor member, you have access to TAR (Texas Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors) websites as well. These websites have tons of information for realtor members. The profile of home buyers and sellers is also a good document to review. The link is below.
