Farm and Ranch contract; Best way to convey Livestock?
1,292Livestock, is technically removable property and would think be conveyed under accessories. However, this doesn't seem right to me. How would you properly convey Livestock?

This is a tricky one, however, I would suggest advising your clients to make a separate purchase since it does not involve real estate. I know that it is definitively possible however you are not a veterinarian and so it may be ill-advised.
