My credit score isn’t bad but I’ll do have a 2 broken leases. 1 was from when I was younger but now I’m older, I live in my current address for over 8 years half, and my other broke lease well I let my mom use my name to an apartment but they kick her out for nothing my sister was shot almost passed away , but thanks god it didn’t happen. So now that’s on my rental history, my situation is that my husband doesn’t have a social security number and he did apply for the Tin number but takes up to 2 months he said” he makes good income he gets paid cashed. I willing to know if anyone willing to work with us by using his income but my social security number we have 5 kids together, please anyone but I’ll do make s little income 1700 a month I get social security income and they asked for 3 x rent and 4 pay stubs anyone please

For the use of whoever is inquiring and for the colleges that extended the hand to help you, this is an undeniably complex scenario and not many actually can picture the entire process and all that is needed for a successful transaction. No one can claim it is a walk in the park.

In general I am going to provide a few questions that should clarify some of your doubts.

For starters if you carry a social security number it doesn't mean that you have a type of visa that allows you to reside in the US. So there is a number of questions that one needs to clarify before moving forward. The scenario is "husband does not have a social security number but the wife does":

- Is wife a legal resident of the US? Perhaps she has a work Visa. Is it valid or when it will expire?
- yes wife does have a visa or permanent resident card but did husband already apply to obtain one of his own?

Lets just say, wife does have a work visa or is a permanent resident. The other question is, does she work? Does she make sufficient and verifiable income?

While there are products out there that require only a "number", does family have sufficient funds for a large down payment? Again does wife or whoever carries the ss or ITIN make enough verifiable income?

This is a delicate and complex product and it needs to be put together right or you and the agent will waste their time. if it is a NO to all of the questions above but you do have enough capital you can consider OWNER FINANCING options.

If the question is related to a cash transaction only (no home financing needed) than forget about what I wrote. Yes you can buy without a social security number but consider obtaining a ITIN for tax filing purposes.

Otherwise if it is a yes to most of my questions, please contact me so than I can further evaluate your options and get your and your family a new home.
