Hi Mark, Welcome to Houston (since you're new to the area). Are you looking for one agent to help you both buy and sell your properties, once they are rehabbed? My office is an exclusive buyer agency. It's not as well known of a concept as I wish it was. We work exclusively with buyers, whether it's for investing or for a permanent residence. I'd be happy to help you find investment homes, but my office does not list homes; no conflict of interest. My office works with buyers/investors with rent-to-own transactions, also. Are you looking for properties to flip and sell or flip and rent (2 different ball games)?
What's your budget? Do you have a lender? Do you have a contractor you work with?
