How do I view my expired/terminated listings on Matrix MLS?
6,348When i view my listings there is no option to see my expired or terminated listings like I could on Tempo MLS. How do I find my expired and terminated listings?

First go to the link below:
http://matrix.harmls.com/Matrix/MyMatrix/MyListings
Then On the left side under the "My Listings()" and Just on the right of the "Show" click on the down arrow and from the expanded you can select "My expired Listings" and/or "My Withdrawn Listings"

At the very bottom of the SFR page, find the, "ADDITIONAL FIELDS" section. Add both the, "LIST AGENT MLSID" and "SELLING AGENT MLSID" Enter your MLS ID into the List Agent field. Select EXPIRED and TERMINATED with no dates selected. The results will show your terminated and expired listings.

Go into Matrix. Click the My Matrix Tab. You will see a drop down box at the top of the page. It says Show:
Click into the drop down box. You can find everything you are looking for there.
