My husband and I met Melanie through our kids' little league. Right away, I was able to see her great perseverance, attention to detail, and great communication skills, among many other traits. Originally, I was not completely sold on selling my home, but Melanie put me at ease by explaining the whole process. I was so thankful Melanie was able to assist us with this transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! I 1000% recommend!

remember the famous last words my husband and I said when we were buying our new house: "we will be such an easy client for Melanie". Ha ha ha ha! Melanie is so patient. She helped us navigate a terrible new house build with the builders, she was great with advice and when I would send her texts or emails on what I wanted to say to the builders but needed it to sound less harsh, she was able to be my wordsmith.

She was a wonderful help in getting us ready to put our house on the market. She gave us a thorough booklet, walked our house with us a few times making lists of things to fix and was with us every step of the way.

She is an excellent communicator, has a great sense of humor and we worked so well with her that we would joke that we shared a brain.

I actually miss talking to her every week because we were in each other's pocket for so long in 2022.

You will not find a more knowledgable, invested or intelligent realtor in Houston. I couldn't recommend Melanie more if I tried!
